What Sparkly Brain is

Community, not curriculum.

You don't need another course. You need a room where you're understood without translating — held by someone who knows the psychology and the lived experience.

Each week we gather for 75 minutes: a short frame from Dr. Val, honest conversation, and the kind of collective exhale that only happens when you're finally not the only one.

Who it's for

For the parent who is tired of carrying it alone.

You suspect or know

your child is neurodivergent — diagnosed or not. Sensitive, intense, wired differently.

You're the default parent

the one holding the schedule, the school emails, the meltdowns, the hope.

You want more than tips

You want to feel less alone. You want a room where you don't have to explain.

What happens each week

75 minutes to exhale.

  1. 01

    Arrive

A grounding practice to land in the room and out of your day.

  2. 02

    A short frame

Dr. Val offers a piece of psychology or perspective for the week.

  3. 03

    Honest conversation

The heart of the hour. Facilitated group dialogue — not a lecture, not a workshop.

  4. 04

    Leave with one thing

A prompt or practice for the week. Optional, always.

What's included

Everything you need. Nothing extra.

Common questions

Is this for me?

Is this therapy?+

No. The Circle is a professionally facilitated community — psychoeducation and peer support, not psychotherapy. If clinical care is what you need, Dr. Val can point you in the right direction.

What if I miss a session?+

Life happens. Missed sessions aren't recorded to keep the space private, but you'll always have access to the reflection prompts and the WhatsApp thread.

Who is this for?+

Parents raising bright, sensitive, and neurodivergent children — diagnosed or not — who are tired of carrying it alone and want to be in a room where they don't have to translate.

What if the cohort is full?+

You'll be added to the waiting list and be the first invited when a seat opens or the next cohort begins.

How is payment handled?+

Once accepted, you'll receive a private, secure payment link. Your seat is held for 5 days.
