The shift

People don't grow by trying harder. They grow when the conditions are right — and what makes them most alive is not missing, it's covered over.

Dr. Val

I built this because trying harder wasn't enough.

I've spent a career watching bright, sensitive, and neurodivergent people work incredibly hard and still feel exhausted and unlike themselves. The problem was almost never effort. It was the conditions.

The Facet Method is the practice I built around that. It's how I work with parents, with adults, and with the teams that hire me.
