Who this is for
Parents of kids whose brains run a different operating system. Whether you have a diagnosis or just a strong sense that your child doesn't fit the standard playbook, this is built for you.
- ADHD, with or without a formal diagnosis
- Autistic, including PDA-profile and late-identified
- Gifted, highly sensitive, or twice-exceptional
- Sensory-sensitive or sensory-seeking
- Anxious, perfectionistic, or school-avoidant
What makes this different
Neurodiversity-affirming, not behavior-managing.
We don't try to extinguish your child's wiring. We work with it — building regulation, agency, and self-trust from the inside out.
Parent-first, kid-included.
Most of the change happens in you. You're the environment your child lives in — when your nervous system shifts, theirs does too.
Psychologist-led.
Coaching grounded in IFS, AEDP, attachment, and developmental science — not parenting hacks pulled from social media.
Practical week to week.
You'll leave every session with one thing to try and a clear way to think about what happens next.
How it works
- Consultation. A 30-minute call to understand your child, your family, and what's actually getting in the way.
- Map. A first deep session where we name what's underneath the patterns you've been seeing.
- Coaching. Ongoing sessions — usually every 1–2 weeks — building the inside skills and the outside rhythms your family needs.
- Integration. The point isn't lifelong coaching. It's that you stop needing it because you've internalized the work.
